The Basic Twin Room was spacious and well-kept, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. It was comfortable enough for our week-long stay, though the beds were two singles pushed together, which might not be ideal for couples. Charging devices was tricky since there was only one plug point by the bed. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you're bringing multiple gadgets. it was nice and clean, just could use a few updates for added comfort.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12free drinkbusy restaurantlarge pools
I had a decent time during my eight-night trip. The reception offered a free drink at check-in, which was nice. I noticed the restaurant was large and bustling, but at times it felt more like a canteen than a relaxing dining space. The pools were always crowded. I found it hard to unwind due to the noise, especially at night when entertainment was loud. I observed that some areas needed updates.

The outdoor pool area was well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and a relaxing jacuzzi. The buffet had varied themes every night, offering fresh, live cooking options and kids’ activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. they made our experience feel special. The outdoor pool area was well kept, and the themed dinner nights were a nice touch, adding variety to our dining experience.
The air conditioning in communal areas could be improved. it was quite warm, making it uncomfortable at times.

Amazing food and awesome staff!
We had an awesome time! The breakfast selection was a real highlight – so many choices, I was in heaven! Juanjo at the bar makes the best cocktails, super tasty. The only bummer was that the room could use a bit of a refresh, but it was clean and comfy. The adult-only lounge with the jacuzzi was a perfect chill spot!
